Job summary

Trex is seeking a Logistics Technician in Fernley, NV to support production and quality goals. You will manage loading and shipping of finished goods by truck and rail, maintain accurate inventory, and keep the finished goods yard organized and safe as a key member of the Operations team.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound shipment accuracy, order picking, forklift operation, and participating in monthly inventory counts and logistics projects.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proven customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with barcoding and inventory systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations.
• Ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments and report variances.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment and verify counts.
• Perform order picking to meet customer service standards.
• Operate forklift, clamp truck, or other equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with OSHA standards.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and logistics projects.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by supervision.
