Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, safety‑minded with ability to work rotating shifts including weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screen if offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate and field‑check process equipment and control systems for safe plant performance.
• Monitor process conditions and troubleshoot deviations.
• Perform filter housing changes as part of maintenance.
• Package Dow products for global distribution with quality and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare raw materials and manage material movement on site.
• Safely operate forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Label and document packaged goods per requirements.
• Collaborate with schedulers and vendors to resolve shipping issues.
• Support crisis response and emergency preparedness activities.
• Follow operating discipline and standard task lists.
