Our Data Center logistics team supports Apple’s global enterprise data centers and co-locations through shipping, receiving, inventory, and reverse logistics. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Logistics Technician to join our team.

Description

As a Logistics Technician, you will ensure the efficient shipping, distribution, and receipt of products, materials, or supplies. You should be a hands-on individual who leads by example, maintaining a safe and stable work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with peers to improve site policies and procedures.
2. Plan and prioritize daily tasks including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
3. Coordinate with departments and vendors for smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
4. Define and establish key processes such as inbound/outbound operations and inventory control.
5. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation for the data center.
6. Prepare outbound parcels and freight in compliance with regulations.
7. Promote operational excellence in warehouse management, safety, layout, and organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control, shipping/receiving, supply chain, or logistics.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs waist high.
• High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite or Apple equivalents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle stress and learn warehouse management systems and Apple software (Keynote, Numbers, Pages).
