Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies are low to prevent delays.
• Perform quality checks to ensure processes meet company standards.
• Prepare packages for shipping and arrange courier transport to investigators.
• Coordinate return of samples from investigators via postal/courier services.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external couriers.
• Support other areas as directed by the line manager.
• Adhere to policies and protect patient confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Logistics Technician's responsibilities will be:

• Assemble and pack tubes, sampling instructions, and other materials for clinical trial kits as per laboratory protocols and project manager instructions.
• Package completed test kits along with required documentation and ancillary materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies are low to prevent delays in study start-up or resupply.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all processes align with company standards.
• Prepare packages for shipping and arrange transportation of kits to investigators via postal or courier services.
• Coordinate the return of samples from investigators using appropriate postal or courier services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Manage relationships with internal departments and external courier/postal companies.
• Support other areas of the company as directed by the line manager.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• $20 - $30/Hour
