MTM Transit in Austin is seeking a Logistics Technology Technician to maintain, upgrade, and install radio communications, video monitors, cameras, recording devices, and telematics on our fleet. The role covers hardware and software maintenance and hands-on support for infrastructure supporting company and client products.

The position starts at $36.61 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, an active driver’s license, and 2+ years in automotive AV hardware, software support, and

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years in automotive audio/visual hardware and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair radios, cameras, and telematics devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain issues.

Mansioni

• Perform preventative maintenance on electronics during scheduled times.
• Troubleshoot, install, and repair radios, videos equipment, cameras, and telematic devices.
• Create work orders accurately and timely.
• Record and analyze data in maintenance system including labor and parts.
• Communicate repair status and parts needs clearly.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on devices.
