Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support operations with the Warehouse Supervisor, coordinate tasks, train new staff, and ensure safe, efficient material movement across warehouses and to production and quality.

The role requires leading a team of six, operating a forklift, and maintaining 5S and PPE standards, while adhering to scrap and FIFO procedures. Weekend work is required on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to lead a team of 6.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs.
• Sitting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse activities when the Warehouse Supervisor is not in the building.
• Help Warehouse Supervisor in delegating and completing tasks.
• Identify issues and participate in corrective actions.
• Train new employees (Packers and Material Handlers).
• Work weekends/overtime in accordance with set departmental/company policies.
