Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist logistics manager with associate calls and new associate training.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and daily logistics operations.
• Ensure DOT and CMV compliance for associates.
• Maintain Road Net software and monitor fleet maintenance and safety issues.
• Coach associates based on driver and customer surveys and monitor productivity.
