Job summary

FTTDC - Ohio Logistics in Findlay, OH seeks a Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements and help move from custom systems to packaged software, aligning with operations and strategy.

You will partner with Operations and IT, develop Power BI and Snowflake reports, coordinate testing (UAT), and support rollout while traveling between facilities about 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or closely related role.
• Strong data analytics background and experience with Power BI.
• Experience with commercial software applications from enterprise vendors.
• Logistics/warehousing domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of organizational software applications and configurations.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and third-party software providers.
• Collaborate with Operations to understand workflows and technology needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via configuration and optimization.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and rollout support.
• Develop process docs, workflows, and training materials.
• Support reporting, analytics, and dashboarding using Power BI and Snowflake.
