Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics and Sustainment Engineer to support the AME team on precision fires for the TM line. You will help sustainment/maintenance for HIMARS and M270A1 launchers, translating customer requirements into precise logistics and maintenance solutions.

The role involves leading cross-disciplinary teams, maintaining DoD standard practices, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Location is Grand Prairie, TX with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership characteristics.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics professionals, ensuring high-performance execution of sustainment tasks.
• Support hardware requests: processing, receipt, packing, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable work packages for sub teams.
• Maintain DoD standards compliance across logistics processes.
• Produce and present status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Serve as senior liaison between AME program, TFM Program Manager, and external customers.
• Support domestic travel to support field operations, audits, and customer engagements.
• Apply DoD logistics knowledge to improve processes.
