Job summary

Canvas II, LLC. is seeking an experienced logistics professional to support Stan/Eval operations at Eglin Air Force Base. You will manage supply chains, inventory, and documentation, ensuring compliance with Air Force and contract requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, audits, asset tracking, and the distribution of technical orders. A Secret clearance, US citizenship, and substantial relevant experience are required, with degrees considered alongside years of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics support, preferably in a military or government aviation environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• US Citizenship required.
• Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive logistics support for Stan/Eval operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and documentation in accordance with Air Force and contract requirements.
• Track, manage, and maintain records for equipment, spares, and consumables to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Support the scheduling and execution of inspections, audits, and evaluations, ensuring assets are accounted for and serviceable.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and training teams to ensure compliance with standards, orders, and directives.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for logistics processes, compliance records, and audit trails.
• Assist with management and distribution of technical orders, manuals, and regulatory guidance.
• Support implementation of corrective actions and process improvements based on findings.
• Facilitate movement, accountability, and serviceability of assets including ground support equipment and mission-critical supplies.
• Provide timely reporting to squadron leadership on logistics status, issues, and recommendations.
