Job summary

Canvas Inc. is seeking a logistics professional to provide comprehensive support for Stan/Eval operations at Eglin AFB. You will manage supply chain activities, inventory control, and documentation to meet Air Force and contract requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in military/government aviation logistics, and an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, plus US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics support, preferably in a military or government aviation environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR 12 years for Master’s; or Bachelor’s with 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive logistics support for Stan/Eval operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and documentation in accordance with Air Force and contract requirements.
• Track, manage, and maintain records for equipment, spares, and consumables to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Support the scheduling and execution of inspections, audits, and evaluations, ensuring all assets are accounted for and serviceable.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and training teams to ensure compliance with all applicable standards, technical orders, and directives.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for logistics processes, compliance records, and audit trails.
• Assist with the management and distribution of technical orders, manuals, and regulatory guidance.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements based on evaluation findings.
• Facilitate the movement, accountability, and serviceability of assets, including ground support equipment and mission-critical supplies.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to squadron leadership on logistics status, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
