• Required – 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Preferred – 2+ years of related experience and/or training.

• Organize and plan work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Maintain contractor records and bookkeeping data per program requirements.
• Supervise logistics staff at each facility.
• Generate weekly work order reports (completed, in progress, overdue).
• Maintain filing and tracking system for building inspection records.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions, receipts, and invoices per Compass Connections timelines.
• Maintain purchase order logs and travel/expense reports.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions.
• Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including emergency evacuations.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all operations and conduct.
