Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements.
• Oversees the delivery of the product to the customer.
• Train all logistics employees on SGWS policies.
• Conduct monthly safety training/meetings per SGWS Safety Policy.
• Ensure accidents are handled and reported.
• Monitor schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels daily.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of all logistics associates.
