Cascades is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Pryor to lead daily logistics, shipping, warehousing, and material handling, driving efficiency and accuracy across inventory processes.

You will supervise a team of Logistics Coordinators and related staff, manage scheduling, and partner with Production, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve delays and optimize flow. This role emphasizes safety and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of logistics experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material flow processes.
• Experience managing employee performance, attendance, and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; paper industry experience is not required.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily logistics, shipping, warehousing, and material handling activities to support operational efficiency.
• Supervise logistics coordinators, shippers, and material handling personnel, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
• Manage employee scheduling, time and attendance, and workplace accountability.
• Ensure production lines remain clear of debris and that baled materials are processed and removed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory transactions are completed correctly and in real time.
• Oversee cycle count activities and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and Operations teams to address shipping priorities, inventory issues, and production delays.
• Enforce company safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize material flow.
