Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a 3PL/outsourced warehouse model.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety, space optimization and security.
• Familiarity with WMS, bar-code scanning, SKU reporting, and order fulfillment.
• Strong FTL procurement, vendor and carrier management.
• Excellent communication and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee 3PL warehouse operations and SLA adherence.
• Maintain relationships with transport vendors and logistics providers.
• Monitor inbound/outbound activities and inventory accuracy.
• Lead audits, performance reviews and regular meetings with partners.
• Support product management in spot and contractual negotiations.
• Track KPI: 3PL SLA performance, cost, service level.
