Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations in Hanover, MD. You will lead staff, coordinate shipments, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all logistics tasks.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience, proficiency in WMS/ERP, and a forklift certification within 6 months. A TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse or logistics ops with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, barcode scanning, and RF guns.
• Competent in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months.
• Preferred: Train-the-Trainer certification.
• Must hold a current TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and mobilize in workspace.
