TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an opening for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Elgin, Illinois team! The pay range for this non-exempt position is $26.00-$30.00 per hour.
The Logistics Supervisor assists the Site Manager in maintaining the proper material flow through required processes, ensuring that the service provided during the shift is conducted in an accurate , efficient, and timely manner. This is accomplished by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Must be able to speak and read in English language

1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Hiring and training experience preferred
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or ERP software

Detailed Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the details of a project or task.
S elf-motivated – Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one's ability using his or her own drive or initiative.
Overall recommendations
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
