  • Identify and communicate potential material shortages and work proactively to prevent production disruptions.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance and other Logistics teams to resolve issues and keep operations moving.
  • Optimize staffing, processes and resources to maximize productivity and meet departmental goals.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards for housekeeping, organization, safety and compliance within the area.
  • Use operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive sustainable results.
Who are you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or a related field strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of logistics experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a logistics, manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI or other tools used to monitor and communicate key performance indicators is a plus.
