Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Able to work 40 hrs/week during the summer internship term.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or CI methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to listen to and understand a process before recommending improvements.
• Demonstrated good judgment and quick decision-making in business contexts.
• Interest in building queries and managing data with Access, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Reliable transportation to the facility for every work day.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc operations analyses, including pricing requests and network analysis.
• Understand larger strategies and how they are operationally executed.
• Plan, support and develop continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help codify standard methodologies within the logistics group.
• Provide data-supported, out-of-the-box solutions to logistics challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal and external delivery experiences.
