Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Senior Specialist to support shipping white bodies, prototype units, and production parts for New Model launches in Ohio.

The role ensures on-time delivery across manufacturing, quality, production and suppliers, including coordination with domestic and international transport. The position requires 2–4 years of related experience, strong communication and project management skills, and a willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or community college degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of related experience may be substituted for a degree or combination of same.
• Microsoft Office, Public Speaking/Presentation skills, Problem solving and decision making; Project management qualifications optional

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics Sr. Specialist for shipping white bodies, prototype units, and production parts.
• Coordinate domestic and international transportation modes (truck, air, ocean, rail).
• Prepare all required export/import documentation and hazmat compliance for Sr. Specialist review.
• Assist in coordinating design change levels with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and program teams.
