Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory management system input and output quality; recommend system and programming changes to improve timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of inventory information for the customer/user.
• Provide advice and assistance to customers/users; troubleshoot complex problems; support critical inventory management activities with minimal interruptions.
• Identify training needs and initiate actions; define new training requirements; provide group and individual training for system updates and technologies.
• Develop, update, and maintain a list of technical issues and resolutions; manage accounts and access to the inventory management system and equipment.
• Operate a forklift as needed to load/unload from vehicles and store equipment on shelving.
