Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an Inventory Manager in Coronado, CA. The role requires supporting the Range Department with logistics, developing and maintaining a precise property inventory, and assisting with DPAS and GCPC processes.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of military supply/logistics experience, with Navy familiarity preferred and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in military supply and logistics management in the last 10 years.
• Secret clearance required.
• Familiarity with Navy operations preferred.
• Experience with DPAS and GCPC programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Range Department in meeting logistics requirements.
• Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of personal property.
• Provide staff assistance to Responsible Officers for inventory management.
• Review asset reports and conduct monthly audits of DPAS property records.
• Assist in development of range project acquisition packages.
• Assist in procuring range supplies and services.
• Monitor inventory status and material/service requests.
• Coordinate Government purchase card transactions.
• Document and reconcile monthly requisitions with Budget Analyst.
