Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtaining DOT/IATA Certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and supplies.
• Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, following procedures and safety protocols.
• Sort, scan, and stock receivables.
• Inspect received items for damage, discrepancies, or defects.
• Sampling of inbound raw chemicals.
• Use computer programs to ensure items are shipped timely and accurately.
• Review, verify, and follow customer shipping instructions and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipping activities for accuracy and condition.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with material handling, import/export, purchasing, and procurement teams.
• Accurately record inventory levels and update databases and inventory systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving areas.
