bioMérieux in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Senior Material Handler to perform shipping, material movement and receiving, ensuring inventory accuracy and 5S compliance. The role interacts with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to meet company goals.

Responsibilities include pulling/packing orders, verifying lot numbers, receiving goods from production or suppliers, labeling, and maintaining stock accuracy. Some duties may include truck transport and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Additional years of logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS procedures.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing (cGMP, ISO, FDA) environment.
• Demonstrated process improvement or compliance participation.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and packs orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Receives and processes product from manufacturing or suppliers; ensures labeling.
• Maintains 5S and inventory accuracy in warehouses and coolers.
• Counts physical inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Processes paperwork to ensure material transactions.
• Follows safety policies and 5S principles in the workspace.
• Complies with cGMP, ISO and FDA guidelines; provides training as needed.
• May drive a truck for material transport between locations.
• Identifies areas for improvement to maximize accuracy and reduce errors.
