We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to handle tire loading, unloading, and delivery, representing TireHub professionally and maintaining safety and excellent customer service.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting wage of $20/hr, with increases after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year
• Monday through Saturday, fluctuating day shift hours

Reporting and Core Commitments

Responsibilities

• Warehouse tasks, delivery, vehicle maintenance, and adjustments based on business needs
• Loading/unloading, inspecting, and tallying tires for transport
• Following safety standards and operating equipment like forklifts
• Inventory cycle counts and labeling
• Handling Cash on Delivery transactions
• Maintaining vehicle condition and conducting inspections
• Completing maintenance logs and adhering to policies
• Participating in ongoing training and other tasks as assigned

Required Competencies

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving history
• Age 19 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift/move tires up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and multitask
• Work at heights up to 35 feet, operate forklifts, and follow traffic laws
• Familiarity with GPS, Manifest systems, and maintaining certifications

Working Conditions

• Physical activity including lifting, pulling, pushing, standing, walking, and bending
• Handling hazardous materials and wearing protective gear as needed
• Visual and environmental conditions vary; extended hours and night driving possible
• Physical limitations: max 400 lbs weight, 6'3" height for safety
