Overview
The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent TireHub professionally in all customer interactions and maintain safe driving practices, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Benefits
- Starting wage of $18/hr, with increases after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Distribute tasks related to warehousing, delivery, and vehicle maintenance.
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires for transport.
- Follow safety standards and operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in cycle counts.
- Handle customer payments for COD transactions.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
- Complete maintenance logs and adhere to company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving history.
- Must be 19 or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GPS, manifest systems, and maintaining forklift certification.
Working Conditions
- Physical requirements include lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
- May handle hazardous materials and wear protective gear.
- Work may involve extended hours, including nights and weekends, and driving in various weather conditions.
