Job summary

Omega Bio-tek, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Associate in Norcross, GA. You will handle distribution, storage, delivery, inventory control, and inspection of incoming/outgoing products, working independently with reliability and hustle to get the job done.

You will use WMS/ERP systems, manage shipments, and ensure compliance with DOT/IATA regulations while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years shipping/receiving in manufacturing.
• Experience with warehouse management software or an ERP system.
• Knowledge of DOT and IATA regulations for hazardous shipments.
• Experience with freight forwarders for international shipments.
• Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship orders per SOP.
• Receive shipments; record shortages and coordinate with shipper.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move materials.
• Perform cycle counts for inventory.
• Prepare BOL and schedule carrier pickups.
• Scan shipped orders and update database.
• Communicate shipping delays or shortages.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOP/ISO guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
