Job summary

InterFuze Corporation in Edgewood, MD is seeking a mid-level Logistician to support critical Government CBRN mission logistics. The role focuses on daily warehousing, inventory accountability, shipping/receiving, and coordination with procurement and technical staff to move government materials.

The position requires at least five years in logistics, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with equipment accountability and inventory control.
  • Receive, inspect, document, stage, and accept incoming equipment and materials.
  • Prepare and coordinate outbound equipment shipments.
  • Conduct physical inventories of equipment, components, repair parts, and ASL material.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and location information in the program LIS.
  • Track shipments and maintain applicable Proof of Delivery documentation.
  • Support Government property accountability and inventory reporting.
  • Support IUID marking and documentation requirements when applicable.
  • Assist with equipment recovery, refresh, staging, packing, and fielding.
  • Track incoming materials and coordinate with technical personnel to ensure parts are available to support refresh schedules.
  • Maintain organized records for Government equipment and logistics transactions.

Our Logistics and Mission Support Division is seeking a Logistician to join our team in Edgewood, MD in support of Command and Control CBRN Response Element - Bravo (C2CRE-B) and Defense CBRN Response Force mission (DCRF).


About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistician to support warehouse accountability, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and logistics operations. The Logistician works closely with the Warehouse Manager, technical personnel, purchasing staff, and program management to maintain accurate accountability and support the movement of Government equipment.


Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications


  • Government or military logistics experience.

  • Experience with Government property accountability.

  • Experience with PIEE GFP, IUID, LIS/WMS systems, CostPoint, or similar systems.


Additional Requirements


  • Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).

  • U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
