Dynamic Aviation in Virginia is seeking a Logistics Specialist I to support inventory control, shipping, and data analysis for aircraft parts. This entry-level role ensures accurate inventory, proper storage, and efficient processing within the company’s logistics systems.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with pay between $16.09 and $20.50 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate positively with others.
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
• Some college courses helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Verify ERP data integrity by cross-referencing part information and documentation.
• Support incoming and outgoing parts transactions and stock movements.
• Label, package, and shelve aircraft parts to meet quality standards.
• Prepare, process, and file required shipping or inventory documentation.
• Provide customer service and coordination support for internal and external requests.
• Assist with parts posting, requisitions, and work order support.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
