Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist I will assist in multiple operational areas, including performing Shipper/Receiver duties, Material Handling, receiving and verifying incoming materials, preparing and shipping finished products, picking materials, and supporting the operations team.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and deliver non-stock purchases
• Warehouse incoming materials and supplies
• Check incoming goods against documentation
• Sort and count materials and finished goods
• Pick and pack for shipment
• Prepare shipping documentation for domestic customers
• May perform kitting, labeling, or other pre-shipment duties
• Operate forklifts or heavy equipment as required
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems for data entry
• Support stock room and finished goods assembly
• Handle interplant deliveries using company vehicle
• Maintain logistics areas

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level, ideally 1 year shipping/receiving experience; medical device experience a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in English, basic math skills
• Attention to detail, adherence to SOPs and GMP
• Computer and ERP system proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Physical Demands

Frequent standing, sitting, climbing, manual handling up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally 70 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits
