Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in logistics.
• Experience with Final Mile shipping requirements and customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium levels of customer service for shippers and consignees.
• Schedule and track return shipments and manage exceptions.
• Monitor in-transit and dispatch status; provide updates.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Prepare quotes and issue BOLs when booked and dispatched.
