Job summary

Talentify in Andover, MA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to prepare shipping labels, export docs, and manage pick lists to ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will work with ERP/MRP systems and Excel to keep inventory accurate and support returns processing.

In this onsite, contract-to-hire role, you will coordinate carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL, generate Air Waybills and Invoices, and collaborate with teammates to resolve shipping issues while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system in a logistics/inventory context.
• Strong logistics and inventory management, including order processing and data entry.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using ERP or MRP systems to manage inventory and shipping data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, and DHL in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate export documents (Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists).
• Create and manage pick lists for efficient order fulfillment.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders within 24 hours with accuracy.
• Receive RMAs in ERP and in-warehouse processes.
• Create and close work-in-process jobs in ERP/MRP to keep records accurate.
• Enter and update inventory/shipping data in ERP/MRP and Excel.
• Collaborate with team to resolve shipping/documentation issues.
• Adapt to changing priorities with focus on accuracy and detail.
• Suggest process improvements for logistics/warehouse operations.
