The Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation services orders and supporting business operations. Key activities include customer order management, communication via email and phone, and maintaining accurate data in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of customer orders by coordinating pickup and delivery of vehicles.
• Follow customer instructions precisely and execute orders efficiently.
• Update CRM with activities and notes promptly, maintaining data accuracy.
• Create and follow up on tasks to ensure timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and applicable laws.
• Calculate and offer flat fees on orders via bid sheets in the manager's absence or direction.
• Move vehicles on and off the lot, ensuring security and proper staging.
• Account for all vehicles on the lot and address issues before reactivation.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, data entry, and CRM
• Typing speed of at least 37 WPM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
