• Prepare and organize invoices and documentation relevant to the logistics department.
• Manage and track inventory levels by utilizing ERP system (SAP).
• Coordinate transportation, ensuring prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Develop best practices and procedures that make the supply chain more efficient and organized within the department.
• Communicate with the warehouse personnel regarding changes in policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of supply chain.
• Individual with a track record of having internal drive and motivation to begin and continue assignments without being micromanaged.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills that complement proven creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of supply chain procedures and metrics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
