Description

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support data centers and equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to cloud services. We work on complex problems with many variables impacting the supply chain, and we’re seeking talented individuals to help us.

You’ll join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. You’ll collaborate across AWS to uphold safety, security, and cost-efficiency, fostering an inclusive culture that encourages bold ideas and ownership.

This position is based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, receiving parts, verifying inventory, managing chain-of-custody processes, loading/unloading shipments, and transporting parts. Candidates must be comfortable driving motorized vehicles, including box trucks up to 26' long, and meet age and licensing requirements. The role involves physical activity such as lifting and maintaining workspace safety.

Preferred candidates will have warehouse or distribution experience, knowledge of reverse logistics, and a strong work ethic.

Physical / Environmental Demands

• Standing, sitting, walking for extended periods.
• Work in noisy warehouse environments and occasional office settings.
• Assist in loading/unloading; lift up to 49 pounds; participate in group lifts of 50+ pounds.

Work Environment

• Work around moving mechanical parts; variable noise levels; temperature fluctuations.

This position requires US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
