Job summary

Atlantic Logistics, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage customer relationships, source carriers, build shipments and resolve issues.

You will track and trace shipments, enter shipments into our Transportation Management System (TMS), and coordinate carrier coverage while providing exceptional service to clients. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong typing ability.

• 7 years of logistics experience.

Logistics Specialist

Description

A Logistics Specialist (LS) is a mid-level position in freight brokerage. An LS should be able to manage customer relationships, source carriers, build shipments and solve problems. The day-to-day responsibilities are:

• Track and Trace Shipments.


• Enter Shipments into our Transportation Management System (TMS).


• Cover shipments with carriers through a variety of methods.


• Interface and service customers’ needs.


• Solve Problems.


• Other duties as needed.

Job Status: Full-time

Hourly Pay: Based on experience.
