Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead offshore logistics optimization for the Gulf of America asset. You will drive process improvements, analyze data, and develop KPIs to enable cost efficiency.

You will serve as GOA Product Owner for Kabal, collaborate with SCM Digital Platform teams, and align with Logistics COE to scale best practices across the operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, testing practical solutions, and refining processes based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate benchmarking data to actionable improvements.
• Manage KPI development, reporting, and data-driven opportunity identification.
• Serve as GOA Product Owner for Kabal, defining product vision and value proposition, prioritizing backlog, and engaging stakeholders.
• Identify and collaborate with SCM Digital Platform and Data & Insights Delivery Teams to develop digital tools supporting optimization.
• Work with Logistics COE to ensure alignment and highlight scalable efforts.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and business stakeholders to maintain efficient, transparent and compliant cost allocation methodologies.

$59-$66 per hour. Benefits can be offered if needed.

SCHEDULE

9/80 Schedule Monday-Friday ( 40 hours per week)

Lead program of projects and optimization efforts to drive process and cost efficiency in Offshore Logistics Operations in Client’s Gulf of America (GOA) asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, testing practical solutions, and refining processes based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate benchmarking data to actionable improvements.
• Manage KPI development, reporting, and data-driven opportunity identification.
• Serve as GOA Product Owner for Kabal, working with the Logistics Center of Excellence (COE) to define product vision and value proposition, review and prioritize product backlog, and engage stakeholders and serve as voice of the customer for GOA.
• Identify and work as needed with SCM Digital Platform and Data & Insights Delivery Teams to develop digital tools to support optimization.
• Work with Logistics COE to ensure alignment and highlight scalable efforts.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and business stakeholders to develop and maintain efficient, transparent and compliant cost allocation methodologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• 10+ years related experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to identify, source and analyze data to make data-driven process improvements.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Significant experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI - preferably experience building PowerBI dashboards.
• Costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
