• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from suppliers through final delivery.
• Manage import/export documentation, customs requirements, and shipping compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery delays, customs issues, and logistics challenges.
