Job summary

Runergy Solar is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage on-site dispatching, track truck arrivals, and ensure accurate loading/unloading of shipments. You will help prepare BOLs and shipping docs, coordinate information among warehouse, production, and logistics teams, and handle on-site irregularities to maintain smooth operations.

The role involves support during weekends or peak periods and managing idle inventory to optimize warehouse performance.

• Support inbound and outbound operations, and coordinate shipping/receiving information among warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
• Handle on-site irregularities and emergency situations to ensure smooth receiving and shipping processes.
• Support receiving and shipping tasks during weekends or peak periods as needed.
• Manage factory idle / non-moving inventory.
