Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, development, and management of transportation capacity.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to solve operational challenges and drive value through data-driven decisions.
• Gain exposure to carrier procurement, negotiations, and supply chain strategy while building analytical and communication skills.
• Support transportation operations, help ensure freight moves efficiently across the network.
• Work with carriers, customers, and internal teams to address service challenges and identify cost/capacity/performance improvements.
• Develop understanding of logistics strategy, transportation technology, and continuous improvement processes.
