You will be working in the Logistics Solutions team which interfaces with Volvo dealers (our customers), internal personnel, and Volvo warehouses to quote parts availability, process orders, communicate order status, and resolve issues as they arise, in order to maintain high customer service and satisfaction.
As a Logistics Solutions Specialist, you are responsible for supporting dealer parts sales orders from receipt through to destination as requested, relying on your strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking for a self-driven teammate with a “can-do” attitude that is going to take good care of our customers’ needs. In case of issues, you love rolling up your sleeves to solve the problem. In order to succeed in this job, you must possess good negotiation skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams and be able to communicate efficiently with all stakeholders. You are an inspiring team player who can motivate others.

At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth. For this position, the base salary range is set at $53,700 - $66,400, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
