Job summary

Volvo Construction Equipment is seeking a Logistics Solutions Specialist to support dealer parts orders from receipt to destination, leveraging strong organizational and communication skills.

You will coordinate orders, provide technical and logistics support, and engage cross‑functionally to ensure high customer satisfaction while embracing AGILE processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field; extensive experience may substitute.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, parts coordination or order management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Experience with AGILE processes preferred.
  • 40-hour work week between 7am and 8pm, Mon–Fri; after-hours rotation.

Responsibilities

You will be working in the Logistics Solutions team which interfaces with Volvo dealers (our customers), internal personnel, and Volvo warehouses to quote parts availability, process orders, communicate order status, and resolve issues as they arise, in order to maintain high customer service and satisfaction.

As a Logistics Solutions Specialist, you are responsible for supporting dealer parts sales orders from receipt through to destination as requested, relying on your strong organizational and communication skills.

Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (extensive industry experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of degree requirements in exceptional circumstances)
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or parts coordination, ideally in the construction equipment industry or order management and customer service-related positions outside of the industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Experience with AGILE processes preferred
  • Must be able to work a 40-hour week between the hours of 7am and 8pm, Mon‑Friday. 8-hour shifts may vary in start / end times within this range
  • All employees are included in an after-hours weekly phone rotation

For this position, the base salary range is set at $53,700 - $66,400, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
