Qualifications

• B.S in applicable field required or preferred.
• MBA preferred for leadership role and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate a high-performing logistics organization with a focus on safety, culture, and accountability.
• Oversee warehouse, transportation, and packaging operations while driving on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
• Develop and execute a multi-year logistics strategy to improve material flow and capacity.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and standardized processes.
