Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound Army equipment at a contractor-managed turn-in site. You will document transactions, ensure accurate property accountability, and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.

The role requires compliance with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, and DTR 4500.9-R, with emphasis on safety, quality, and timely shipments across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with logistics or supply preferred.
• 2–4 years shipping/receiving/supply experience, military or contractor environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Army docs and GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate MHE (forklift) as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% may be required.

Aufgaben

• Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units per regulations.
• Match items to turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Update logistics systems to reflect receipt transactions.
• Stage, transfer, and ship outbound Army equipment as needed.
• Generate shipping documents and coordinate with transportation teams.
• Maintain accurate logs of inbound/outbound shipments and discrepancies.
