Job summary

Kenco Group in Ohio is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to verify and document shipments, manage warehouse records, and ensure accuracy of receipts and loads. You will handle packing, labeling, staging, and dock preparation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position supports ongoing operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel required.
• Attention to detail and quality required.
• Ability to multitask in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and receive deliveries to the warehouse at the dock.
• Label, pack, and load items for shipment per specifications.
• Stage shipments for shipping and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain records via warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Support SQFI/FDA compliance and CGMP inventory practices when applicable.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and general duties as assigned.
