Job summary

Liphatech, Inc. is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to manage inbound/outbound material flow and warehouse inventory. You will plan and develop logistics programs, supervise shipping operations, and coordinate carriers to balance customer service with cost efficiency.

Role requires a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in logistics or warehousing, and SAP knowledge. A forklift license and MS Office proficiency are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• Two year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years experience in Logistics, Warehouse management or related field.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP Manufacturing system, specifically SAP, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound material flow in the warehouse and organize storage of raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
• Direct all receiving, traffic and shipping operations and coordinate carriers for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain daily shipments to provide best customer service at the lowest cost.
• Supervise and train daily activities of warehouse and material handling personnel.
• Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers and audit carrier performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist operations to meet production demands by timely transfer of materials from warehouse to manufacturing.
