Job summary

Clarios, Florence, KY, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments and support plant operations. You will coordinate schedules, track deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure smooth production and customer service.

The role requires experience in manufacturing logistics, ERP/MRP systems, and strong organizational skills. This is an on-site position at our Florence components plant with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Experience using MRPs system for inventory, production, shipping, or warehouse management.
• Experience scheduling transportation, booking loads, and coordinating shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support production schedules.
• Schedule, book, and track shipments using SAP or similar ERP/MRP system.
• Communicate with carriers and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
• Process incoming shipments and oversee receiving activities to ensure accurate receipts.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy through lot control and inventory reconciliation.
