Job summary

Morgan Foods, Inc. in Austin, IN is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Analyst for the 2nd shift. The role supports outbound logistics, coordinates shipments, stages inventory, and ensures accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will log activity in SAP and Excel, collaborate across Shipping, Inventory, and Warehouse teams, and help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in all shipping activities. On-site in Austin, IN; compensation hourly in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Shipping/logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
• Clerical/administrative experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• SAP or ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and log all loading activities for outbound shipments, including carrier check-in and bills of lading.
• Coordinate staging activities and partner with Inventory to resolve shortages.
• Direct forklift drivers and track progress in Excel and SAP.
• Track drop trailer movements and shipment activity.
• Create daily or nightly progress reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Inventory, Warehouse to support operational flow.
• Identify and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies in real time.
• Support inventory activities like cycle counts and pallet consolidation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in shipping activities.
• Perform back-up support for Inventory and Logistics functions as needed.
