Job summary

Sterigenics U.S., LLC is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Operator in the Los Angeles area. You will receive, move, and stage products using a forklift, verify counts and lot numbers, and coordinate shipments with carriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Willingness to work established shifts.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming un-processed product and verify counts/lot numbers.
• Operate forklift to move palletized product, load/unload as required.
• Move product between facility areas for processing.
• Remove samples from customer product and coordinate shipments.
• Shrink-wrap palletized finished product for return to customer.
• Contact trucking company to schedule pickups.
• Load palletized product onto trailers.
• Support supervisor with miscellaneous tasks.
