Job summary

Vale, a Seattle-based startup, is seeking a Logistics Manager to own end-to-end supply chain and logistics for a growing matcha beverage business. This hands-on leader will oversee ERP deployment, international sourcing, inventory, and the daily operation of mobile beverage carts.

You will build scalable processes, lead a team, and partner with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and excellent customer experiences across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or operations management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Katana preferred).
• Experience managing international imports, preferably from Asia.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and fulfillment best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
• Experience managing an organization of 10+ employees during two-shift, seven-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics for a growing matcha beverage business.
• Lead ERP implementation and process improvement across purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Direct beverage cart operations in Seattle and surrounding areas.
• Manage wholesale distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, and D2C orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
• Lead and develop a logistics team, set performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
